Medical taping

A gentle form of massage used to relieve painful swelling in your arms and legs caused by lymphedema. Lymphedema happens when your tissues retain fluid left behind after your cardiovascular system sends blood to your tissues and organs. Lymphatic drainage massage techniques move lymph from your tissues to your lymph nodes, which eases the swelling in your tissues.

A type of low load stretch, mobilization, and massage technique that releases tightness and pain throughout the body caused by trauma or myofascial pain syndrome, which describes chronic muscle pain that is worse in certain areas known as trigger points. It increases blood flow, speeds up the healing process, and helps you to improve mobility and strength.

Ultrasound waves are used to treat muscle and tissue injuries and chronic pain. It has proven to be effective in sports injuries, tendonitis, bursitis, and of ligament and tendon injuries. It is also used to treat lower back pain, sprains, and joint contracture, such as frozen shoulders. Loosening the tissue, burning off cell waste, and improving blood circulation to treated areas, increases the range of motion.

Stabilizing the joints and muscles with tape it allows the free flow of blood and lymphatic fluid to cleanse and heal the inflammation without the use of surgery or injections. This special tape helps the internal injury to heal fasters and helps prevent further muscle injury while still allowing enough range of motion.

Cupping

Energy Healing (Reiki)

Cupping therapy is a form of alternative medicine in which glass cups are placed on your skin to create suction. This massage technique increases blood circulation and helps with pain release and tension in muscles and connective tissue.

A Japanese man named Mikao Usui developed reiki in the 1920s. The term comes from two Japanese words: “Rei,” which means universal, and “ki,” which translates to a lifeforce of energy.
Reiki therapy is based on an Eastern belief that vital energy flows through your body. The Reiki practitioner uses gentle touch -- or places their hands just above your body -- to help guide this energy to balance out the Chakra and improve the healing process.
Reiki has been studied for conditions like pain, anxiety, and depression. It’s a complementary treatment, which means you use it along with proven traditional medical treatments.
